An Intimate Experience
The Chef's Counter is an eight-seat experience personally presented by our chef. Each course arrives directly from the kitchen with context, intention, and story — a direct dialogue between chef and guest, plate by plate.
This is not a tasting menu in the traditional sense. It is an evening in our studio — improvised within a framework, responsive to the season, and shaped by who is seated at the counter.

An intimate counter facing the kitchen, available Thursday through Saturday.

Two seatings nightly. Each sitting runs approximately two hours.

$110 per person. Beverage pairing available at $160.
